Try French *and* German subtitles, which I have to deal with every time I see an English-language movie here in Swissland. Seven years, and I'm still not used to it.
Glad to hear I'm not the only one who didn't hate Basic Instinct 2. (My grade is the equivalent of a B-, so we're not far apart.)
People are really lining up to dump on this one: It gets a 3.1 out of 10 from IMDb's users, a 'D' at Box Office Mojo, and a 26 at Metacritic. Based on the quality of the movie itself, this really makes no sense.
