4/10. Watched this yesterday evening on DVD.

So singularly singular that it has to be seen to be believed. But please don't take that as a recommendation. As good as parts of this movie are, far too much of it is either boring or bad, or both.

Seek it out only if you are a completist fan of one or more of the following: James Bond, Peter Sellers, David Niven, Ursula Andress, Orson Welles, Woody Allen, John Huston or Burt Bacharach.
