Thieves' Highway
9/10. Watched this yesterday evening on DVD.
A noirish drama about wildcat long-haul truckers on a collision course with a treacherous produce-market baron (a remarkable Lee J. Cobb). Of course there's a girl, here played by the astonishing Valentina Cortese. Highly recommended.
