Daniel Craig Is Not Bond?

Now that the casting of Daniel Craig as James Bond has proven to be both a critical and popular success, I decided to check in with the folks who, for the last year, have been promoting a boycott of the new Bond movie, Casino Royale.

As it turns out, not only is the boycott still on, according to this site it's been a rousing success!
Penguins Ice Bond! Happy Feet Takes # 1 at the Box Office in the United States and Canada! Three cheers for those penguins!!! The Boycott triumphantly goes into its second weekend, how poorly will Casino Royale place this week?
It is true that Happy Feet outgrossed Casino Royale when the two movies opened last weekend -- but only by about $700,000. Furthermore, Casino Royale, which opened in fewer theaters than Happy Feet, had the higher per-theater average.

As far as how "poorly" Casino Royale will perform this weekend, it's expected to remain in the number-two spot, despite several new openers. And by the end of the day Sunday, its tenth day of release, its gross should be over $90 million, just a few million dollars behind the pace of Die Another Day, the highest-grossing Bond movie ever.
