5.5/10. Watched this Thursday evening on DVD.

Another energetic action offering from producer Luc Besson, which unfortunately lacks the absurd manic magic of, say, The Transporter. Still, it's diverting fun, and it has an effective cast, particularly Dwight Yoakam as the principal villain.
