"La boulangère de Monceau"

7.5/10. Watched this last Monday evening on DVD.

As with each of Eric Rohmer's six "Moral Tales", this 23-minute short manages to be narratively distinct while still following the basic template. There's a lot to enjoy here, for fans of the series and for those who appreciate the art of the short movie.
